He has worked for numerous restaurant operations ranging from quick-serve to fine dining establishments; this in turn has taught him a combined effort of helping clients save money while they make profits, as he turns their dreams into realities. Armed with almost three decades of experience in the restaurant design field, public relations, project management, and public speaking. Her experience in restaurant leadership has led her to take the leap to a co-owner of FAD in Southern California. She is committed to providing innovative, efficient and practical solutions to the challenges faced by the diverse segments of the foodservice business. She has been quoted saying; “It’s especially important for first-time restauranteurs to understand that their business has countless moving parts. “ She has been there when clients have questions no matter the time of day. Her way of mentoring clients is to start from the beginning and guide them through the maze of decisions associated with a restaurant startup.

Breanna Johnson

She embraces a hands-on consulting philosophy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
